Sarah Lake

My name is Sarah Lake. For over twelve years, I have poured every facet of my being into my work with clients in the field of mental health. I’ve been a mental health counselor, practitioner, trauma specialist, and clinical director in the arena of various holistic healing modalities.

My role as a licensed agent in the field of health insurance mirrors my intrinsic passion in aiding others, as well as, their families.

While my clients are my primary passion in my work, self-care outside of work is essential. I am a nature sports adrenaline junkie and a world traveler. Yet most of the time, for me, it’s:

• Prioritizing deep sleep

• Spoiling ourselves with amazing food therapy

• Getting physical exercise

• Coming home to a peaceful space with our partners

Doing the above enables us to show up at work feeling our optimum so that we can help others from an already healthy and fulfilled perspective. My impetus at work each morning is looking forward to authentically connecting with every one of my clients.
