Kimberly Jenkins

My name is Kimberly Jenkins. I am from Hagerstown, MD, but I currently reside in Tampa, FL.

I am passionate about customer service and have spent most of my career in this field. From being a hairstylist to assisting people in the finance/ travel world, knowing I’ve helped someone with their needs along the way is always a satisfying feeling. Outside of my career, I am a loving wife and mother to a 1—and 2-year-old daughter, a 3.5-year-old son, and another little girl on the way.

I enjoy working for Senior Healthcare Direct because I get to help those who really need that extra hand in making a decision that could be life or death for them. It’s a joy to get to know them a bit better so that I can find the right coverage and the best price for everyone.
