Craig Rondou is originally from Wisconsin. He also lived in Illinois and moved to Florida in 2008. Craig has worked in all aspects of customer service in many industries.
“I have been in customer service, team leadership, career services (in the educational industry), and extensive Information Technology roles. Most recently, for the last three years, I worked with Financial Services customer service and team leadership in a call center environment. My goal is not to meet, but exceed, all of your expectations while delivering the best possible options/solutions for each person I communicate with. I am here to help you and assist with your Medicare needs.”
On a personal note, I am married for over thirty years and have an adopted son. I have two brothers and a sister. I love sports, mainly football (Go Pack go!), volunteering and meeting new people. Before I moved to Florida, I played football at Wisconsin Whitewater.
