Jelal Williams

Jelal Williams is a driven insurance professional born and raised in Dallas, Georgia, now proudly serving clients at Senior Healthcare Direct. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Auburn University at Montgomery, where he was also a student-athlete on the NCAA Division II Men’s Basketball team.

Jelal combines his competitive drive and leadership experience with a strong background in customer service and brand representation, having worked with companies like Old Navy, Banana Republic, and WHYLDE Clothing. His time as a basketball coach and camp counselor has further honed his ability to connect with people, communicate clearly, and lead with empathy.

Known for his energy, teamwork, and genuine care for others, Jelal is passionate about helping seniors understand their Medicare options and make confident, informed decisions that improve their quality of life.

Outside of work, Jelal enjoys coaching basketball, spending time with family, exploring fashion, and playing video games.
