Kayla has been in the Medicare space for over 8 years serving all roles from Sales Agent, Manager and now Director of Training. During her time, she has earned awards and recognition for production, team management and customer experience.
At Senior Healthcare Direct, Kayla manages a team to develop and train agents, customer service representatives and the compliance team. Our licensed agents work with 30+ companies and help clients in 40+ states. You can work with our sales agents to compare your Medicare options.
Personally, Kayla is a partner to James, mom to Emilia as well as two dogs and two cats. When she is not working, you can find her spending time with her family and enjoying the outdoors.
