Kiana Perez

Born and raised in Chicago, Kiana Perez lived in Vegas for many years and then moved to Florida in 2019. Currently, she is back in class to get my real estate license. Kiana is also a licensed lash tech as well and a proud owner of One Touch Creations.

A woman of many trades, I’m a hard worker and love the fact I’m helping Medicare beneficiaries every day. She treats her clients like she would have wanted someone to treat her grandma.

Kiana loves learning and is open to new tricks to get better. I love educating my cliets and breaking everything down for them step by step. I want them to understand everything and know what they are getting into. I have an open, transparent relationship with clients — no beating around the bush.
