Melissa Nagel

I was born in New York and moved to the Sunshine State in 1995. I spent 17 years as an elementary school teacher before deciding to make a career change—one that would still allow me to help and support others in a meaningful way. That path led me to become a licensed Medicare agent under Medicare Bob, an opportunity for which I will be eternally grateful.

I have grown alongside Senior Healthcare Direct and have held several roles as the company expanded. Today, I love my current role managing our office and supporting our team! 

Outside of work, I most enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love to read and have been an active member of a book club for over 20 years that meets monthly. I am also a devoted animal lover and spend much of my time caring for my two dogs, five cats, and two tortoises.
